Cancellation Policy
No subscriptions
EKAPASS has no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing that renews and nothing that needs cancelling on a schedule. Credit purchases are one-time, customer-initiated transactions.
Cancelling a purchase
If you wish to cancel a credit purchase before the credits have been used, write to hello@ekapass.com with your order reference. Cancellation of unused packs is treated under our Refund Policy.
Event cancellations
If your event is cancelled, credits already consumed for deliveries made are not reversible; remaining credits stay in your account for future events, or may be considered for refund under the Refund Policy.
